Weyburn Council #1731 Presented Their Chaplain with a Jacket

Our parish in Weyburn, St. Vincent de Paul, has three masses each weekend: 5:00 pm. on Saturday, 9:00 am. and 11:00 am. on Sunday. Our council wanted to make a presentation of the jacket at each mass so that the entire congregation would see a presentation.

However, a baptism at the 11:00 a.m. mass made the mass long enough, and we didn’t want to make the parishioners stay any longer in church, so we didn’t make a presentation at the 11:00 a.m. mass.

Anyway, photo No.1, attached, is from the 5:00 pm. Saturday mass and includes from our Council 1731 of Weyburn.

We had to wait till this past weekend to present the jacket as Father Val was away on vacation for a month to his home country of Nigeria.
Thank you for all you do. Have a nice day.
