Harvey joined the Sask K of C Charitable Foundation Board of Directors in 2006 and was elected President & CEO in 2008. He has been a member of the Knights of Columbus for over 35 years. Harvey had the privilege to serve as the Conferring Officer for the Major Degree Team from 1986 – 2011 (22 years).

Harvey was employed for 35 years within the financial services industry He retired as CEO of Conexus Credit Union in Regina. He has also held positions on numerous Boards of Directors including Chair of the Board for Concentra Financial Group as well as Co-Operators Group of Companies.

Harvey currently resides in Saskatoon together with his wife Donna. Their primary enjoyment involves spending time with their three adult children and six grandchildren. In addition, they enjoy golfing, fishing, travelling and relaxing at their cabin at the lake.

Fr. Greg joined the Knights of Columbus shortly after he graduated from High school. He was an active part of the 2nd and 3rd-degree team and spent many years in this role. After joining his local council, he was appointed Youth Director, and the following year, he was appointed General Program Director. He served a term as Grand Knight of Council #2094 in the Battlefords. He spent 8 years as a Knights of Columbus Field Agent. He was ordained a priest in 2007 and has served various parishes before beginning his present assignment as a full-time Chaplain for John Paul II High School in the Battlefords. He was appointed as the Chaplain for the Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation in 2025.

Mervyn is a retired schoolteacher and in-school administrator, employed for thirty years as a Saskatchewan educator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Education Administration from the University of Saskatchewan as well as the Canadian Securities Course and the Professional Financial Planning Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.

As a Knight of Columbus, Mervyn has served at the Council and State level in various portfolios, culminating as State Deputy from 1992-94. At the Fourth Degree level, he served as Master for Saskatchewan and Vice Supreme Master of the Simon Fraser Province (Western Canada). At the community level, Mervyn has served as a director on the boards of Battleford Catholic Family Services and Battlefords Credit Union.

Mervyn has been a member of the Sask K of C Charitable Foundation Board for thirty years. At present, he serves as Vice-President as well as Chairman of the Investment and Planned Giving Committees.
With his extensive background and experience, Mervyn is an avid supporter of the Foundation and offers his expertise to the Foundation Board in a spirit of charity, unity and fraternity.

Wayne Matt TreasurerBrother Wayne became a Knight in 2003 and belongs to Archbishop O’Neill Council 8896. He has held numerous positions within the Council including Grand Knight. He has also been actively involved with the Regina Chapter as Treasurer and currently (2023-24) Vice-President. Wayne has been married to his wife, Linda, since 1980. They have 3 children, Stephanie, Jeffrey & Jessica and no grandchildren.
Brother Wayne is active with the Parish Council of Holy Child in Regina, having served as Past Chair. Currently he is the on the Finance and Hall Catering Committees and occasionally works as a Bartender for events
Wayne has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Saskatchewan (1976).
Wayne has worked for the law firm of Kanuka Thuringer LLP as the Accounting Manager since 1978.

Tom Fortosky joined the Knights of Columbus in 1986 with Council 1517 in Saskatoon. He was a charter member of St. Mary’s Council 9538 and a member of Yorkton Council 2031 where he served as Grand Knight. He is currently a member of Denis Mahoney Council 8215. He joined the 4th Degree in 1993 with Brother Stanislaus Assembly 1286 and is currently a member of D’Arcy McGee Assembly 1065.
Tom received his law degree in 1986 and was called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 1987. He had a general practice of law until 1999, including 10 years in Yorkton. In 1999 Tom returned to Saskatoon and practiced Labour and Employment Law until 2016. As of 2017, he is a non-practicing lawyer.
Tom has a passion for Catholic Education. He first served as a Catholic School Trustee in Yorkton where he was elected to the Yorkton Catholic School Board in 1997. He served until his return to Saskatoon in 1999. In 2003 he was elected as Trustee to the Greater Saskatoon Catholic School Board where he served until accepting his current position as Executive Director of the Saskatchewan Catholic School Boards Association (SCSBA) in 2017.
Tom is a member of the parish of the Cathedral of the Holy Family in Saskatoon. He is married to Heather, and they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Gregory Dozorec has been a fully exemplified insured Fourth Degree Brother Knight for almost 25 years, having joined the Order in Regina, Saskatchewan. He actively supports his home council, Bishop Budka 5914, as well as Father Hugonard Assembly #1064, both in Regina.

In addition to having held various roles within the council, he has served on the Regina Chapter as President, Vice President and Treasurer, as well as District Deputy from 2017-2020.

He was elected State Warden in 2019 to the Saskatchewan State Board, and has held the offices of Advocate, Treasurer and Secretary, currently elected as State Deputy for the 2026/2027 Fraternal Year.

He and his wife Tammy have been married for 30 years, have 3 adult daughters. They are members of St. Basil's Parish in Regina and serve various volunteer roles in the parish. Tammy is a member of the parish's UCWLC, currently serving as Secretary.

Greg has been involved in the family business of hardwood flooring for almost 35 years; in 2004, he became the 3rd Generation to lead the company and continues a legacy that dates back almost 80 years. He is recognized as a Master Craftsman within the industry, setting quality standards and advancing the progress of the industry through product testing, as well as teaching and mentoring the next generation, including his daughter Jesse, the 4th generation in the family, continuing the legacy.

Greg is very honoured to serve the members of Saskatchewan as State Deputy for the 2026/2027 Fraternal year.

GK Marte Clemente Nogot is a Filipino born and raised in the Philippines in a catholic family. He joined the order on April 22, 2015, with San Lorenzo Ruiz Council #11429, Saskatoon and one year later became a fourth-degree member of D’Arcy McGee Assembly #1065, Saskatoon.
Brother Marte and his wife Lorelie, a registered nurse in the Philippines, live in Saskatoon. They have two sons. Jaan the eldest lives in the Philippines. He is a Physics graduate with a master's degree in Geology and works at the State University. Their second son, Jose, lives in the family home in Saskatoon. He is a Public Administration graduate now working at a Hotel in the city.

Shawn joined the Knights of Columbus Council as a charter member of Council #8215 in 1983 and is presently a charter member of Saskatoon Council #2695 enjoying every minute. He has served in many executive positions including Grand Knight twice, Financial Secretary, District Deputy, State Wheelchair Chair, State Coats for Kids Chair. He was elected to the Board of the Saskatchewan K of C Charitable Foundation in 2018.
Shawn served as president of the CN Curling Club in Saskatoon, one term on the Canadian Spina Bifida Association and served on many other committees organizing fundraisers. He has been employed by the Hudson’s Company for the past 38 years.
Shawn lives in Saskatoon with my wife Laurel. They have raised three beautiful girls, Carly, Christine and Chantel.

Gerard Muyres was born in St. Gregor, Saskatchewan, into a devout Catholic family. His faith was shaped by the Ursuline Nuns of Bruno and the Benedictine Monks of St. Peter’s Abbey, who served as his teachers and mentors.
After beginning a 41-year career in the Co operative Retailing System, Gerard joined Pope John Paul I Council #7315 in Nipawin in 1980. As his career took him across the province in senior leadership roles, he remained active in the Knights of Columbus, including serving as a charter member of Holy Family Council #10401 in Regina. He previously served as Deputy Grand Knight and is currently Grand Knight of St. Augustine Council #10587, a role he has held for two years.
In his final three professional roles—CEO of Saskatoon Co op, Regional Manager at Federated Co op, and Vice President of Retail Operations at Federated Co op—Gerard earned a reputation for strong governance, collaboration, and results.
Gerard and his wife, Yvonne, have been married for 44 years. They have two married children and six grandchildren.

Andy Praksas DirectorAndy joined the Knights of Columbus Council #4938 in 1995. He served in many of the executive positions including Grand Knight. In 2002, Andy joined Knights of Columbus Council #13129, as a charter member; serving for many years as Financial Secretary. He became a 4th Degree member of D’Arcy McGee Assembly #1065, in 2000.

Andy has served as Board member on many Knights of Columbus organizations:
K.C. Charities Inc.; Saskatoon KofC Charitable Foundation; Saskatoon State Convention committee, and in 2024, Saskatchewan KofC Charitable Foundation.

Andy has been employed by the Ursuline Sisters of Prelate for the past 43 years; 35 of these years as Treasurer.

Andy served as President of the Association of Treasurers of Religious Institutes (ATRI) for 6 of the 8 years on the Board of Directors; as Vice-President of the Catholic Religious Self Insured Retention Program for 2 of the 8 years on the Board of Directors.

Andy and his wife, Juanita, have made Saskatoon home after they got married in 1990. They have two wonderful sons: Derek and Matthew.

Daryl Milleker, of Regina Council 10313, has been a dedicated Wealth and Estate Advisor since November 1, 1982, bringing over four decades of experience to his profession. He is the founder of Milleker Financial Inc., where he now works alongside his three sons, continuing a strong family tradition in financial services.
Daryl has also demonstrated longstanding leadership and service within the Knights of Columbus. A charter member of St. Martin de Porres Council 10313 since 1992, he served as Deputy Grand Knight in 2023 and has been Grand Knight since 2024. Under his leadership, the council has achieved consecutive Star Council awards in 2024 and 2025. He also contributes at the regional level as Treasurer for the Regina Chapter of the Knights of Columbus.

Brian Schatz, PSD DirectorBrian has served and continues to serve in numerous capacities with his Church, community and the Sask Knights of Columbus. Some of his involvements include State Deputy (2016-2018), Chair of the Holy Child Pastoral Council (1992-1998), Chair of the Santa Maria Senior Citizens’ Home Board (2001-2003) and Co-Chair of the Special Olympics Saskatchewan Summer Games (2009). Ceremonial work is his passion, and he is actively involved with the Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity and is a member of the 4th Degree Team.

Brian joined the Knights of Columbus in 1985 with the Archbishop O’Neill Council #8896. He is currently a member of the Campion College Council #15955. He joined the Father Hugonard Assembly #1064 in 1993.

Born and raised in Odessa, Brian married Lois in 1983 settling in Regina. Their three boys – Glenn (1986), Paul (1988) and Will (1991) kept them busy with school, church, hockey and lacrosse. Brian enjoys family, people, Saskatchewan Roughriders, camping, travel and fantasy hockey pools.

Ric Devon DirectorRic joined Knights of Columbus Council #10587 in 1993. He has served in many executive positions, including Grand Knight and District Deputy, as well as all positions in his council. He is currently appointed as the Financial Secretary of #10587. He became a 4th Degree member of D’Arcy McGee Assembly #1065 in 1995 and subsequently served as the Faithful Navigator.
Ric has served as a Board member on several Knights of Columbus organizations, including K.C. Charities Inc. and Saskatoon KofC Charitable Foundation.
Ric was employed as a Professor by the College of Dentistry and the College of Medicine at the University of Saskatchewan for 33 years, until his retirement in 2014. Ric is a member of the choir and serves as a lector at St. Augustine’s Church in Saskatoon.
Ric and Ev were married in 1977, before they arrived in Canada in 1981. They have two children, Charles and Kathryn and have been blessed with 4 grandchildren.

Al Dion DirectorAl Dion is a devoted community leader and long-time resident of Shellbrook, Saskatchewan. He has served with distinction in Shellbrook Fire and Rescue for over 20 years, where he is known for his skill in operating fire truck pumps and his dedication as a first responder.

Al’s journey in service began in Hay River, Northwest Territories, where he joined the Knights of Columbus and received his First Degree on March 1, 1987. Demonstrating his commitment, he traveled over 1,200 kilometers south to Edmonton, Alberta, to complete his Second and Third Degrees. Today, he serves as the Grand Knight of Council 9761, leading charitable initiatives such as food bank donations and parish support.

Originally from Ontario, Al moved to Saskatchewan on October 2, 2001, where he and his wife have raised two children. Outside of his volunteer work, Al enjoys golfing and bowling, embracing the balance between service and recreation.

Brother Gerry is well suited for the challenges given his 34 years as a 3rd Degree and 32 years as a 4th Degree Knight of Columbus, recently retiring from a lengthy career as an executive manager, including the last 21 years serving as the chief financial officer with the Moose Jaw Catholic School Board.

Brother Gerry has served the Father Lawless Council #1534, Moose Jaw in most Officer positions and is a Past Grand Knight. Currently he is a CO with the Sask State Ceremonials Team (3rd Degree Team) and DGK on the Council Admission Degree Team. He is also presently the Financial Secretary for the Father Lawless Council #1534.

SK Peter Folk, IT ManagerPeter Folk is an experienced IT professional and a dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He has served in various leadership roles, including Grand Knight and Financial Secretary with the Msgr. Robinson Council 8279. Currently, he is an active member of the Denis Mahoney Council 8215, continuing his commitment to faith, service, and community.

Peter is known for his organizational skills and his contributions to the Knights' charitable and fraternal initiatives, helping to strengthen community ties and support local causes.
