Our cash calendar project has been a great success again this year. Thanks to the partnership with Councill, we anticipate selling out all 5,000 calendars by the end of November. You may contact Dan Devers at 306 789 8967 if your Council wishes to pick up more calendars.
The proceeds from calendar sales are essential to our Foundation’s continued ability to offer financial support through our Grants program. We want to thank all Councils that participated this year.
Next Steps
- Councils must complete the sales of all calendars in their possession. The Council will purchase any remaining inventory and fill in the stubs accordingly. There will be no refunds or returns of calendars
- All stubs and payments ($40.00 x number of calendars) must be sent by December 15th, 2025. Cheques are payable to the Sask K of C Charitable Foundation.
- All draws for the year will be made on January 1st, 2026, so the stubs must be sent on time.
- Early in the new year, an email will be sent to all participating Councils confirming the allocation of their share of the proceeds ($10.00/calendar or $25.00/calendar). This can be shared between one, two or three Charities. Minimum cheque will be $250.00.
- If the recipient is an organization other than your Parish, you will be asked to provide the Charity number to meet SLGA requirements.
- Cheques payable to the Charity will be mailed directly to the Councils. The Council will be responsible for making the presentations to the Charity(s) they have identified.
