Sask K of C Cash Calendar Project

Our cash calendar project has been a great success again this year.  Thanks to the partnership with Councill, we anticipate selling out all 5,000 calendars by the end of November.  You may contact Dan Devers at 306 789 8967 if your Council wishes to pick up more calendars.

The proceeds from calendar sales are essential to our Foundation’s continued ability to offer financial support through our Grants program.  We want to thank all Councils that participated this year.

Next Steps

  • Councils must complete the sales of all calendars in their possession.  The Council will purchase any remaining inventory and fill in the stubs accordingly.  There will be no refunds or returns of calendars
  • All stubs and payments ($40.00 x number of calendars) must be sent by December 15th, 2025.  Cheques are payable to the Sask K of C Charitable Foundation.
  • All draws for the year will be made on January 1st, 2026, so the stubs must be sent on time.
  • Early in the new year, an email will be sent to all participating Councils confirming the allocation of their share of the proceeds ($10.00/calendar or $25.00/calendar).  This can be shared between one, two or three Charities.  Minimum cheque will be $250.00.
  • If the recipient is an organization other than your Parish, you will be asked to provide the Charity number to meet SLGA requirements.
  • Cheques payable to the Charity will be mailed directly to the Councils.  The Council will be responsible for making the presentations to the Charity(s) they have identified.
  • Further questions can be directed to Dan Devers, 306 789 8967, Larry Packet, 306 567 3180, or Gerry Gieni, 306 631 1610.

Updates for November 7, 2025

  1. Sask K of C Charitable Foundation Cash Calendar – NEAR SELL-OUT
  • Distribution of the 2026 Sask K of C Charitable Foundation Cash Calendar is proceeding very well.  There were only 5000 calendars printed, and there are fewer than 200 remaining.
  • We distributed over 200 calendars this past week, so we strongly recommend any Council that wishes to get additional calendars to meet their target call Dan Devers, Larry Packet or Gerry Gieni this weekend.
  • We are also asking Councils to mail their filled-in stubs together with a cheque in groups of 25 to Gerry Gieni at the Sask K of C Charitable Foundation office in Moose Jaw.    There is always the threat of a mail strike before Christmas.

2026 Cash Calendar Sales and Inventory Update November 3 2025

The Saskatchewan Knights of Columbus Calendar Report is a wonderful reflection of community spirit, dedication, and generosity. Every row in this spreadsheet tells a story—councils from across the province working together, sharing calendars not just as a fundraiser, but as a symbol of shared values and purpose.

From the energy of Saskatoon and Regina to the quiet strength of towns like Foam Lake and Humboldt, the numbers paint a picture of generosity in action. Each council is planting seeds of effort and seeing them grow into support for their important missions.

This report isn’t just about numbers—it’s about people. It’s a celebration of commitment, powered by hundreds of members who believe in faith, fraternity, and service.

Please see the attached file for details on the 2026 Cash Calendar sales and inventory as of November 3, 2025. We’re excited to share that 92% of the calendars have already been distributed!

    • There are currently 63 Councils selling calendars, which represents 48% of the Councils in Saskatchewan.
    • 43 Councils have met their quota. This means they will have the opportunity to allocate $25.00 per calendar to a registered charity of their choice.
    • 20 Councils have not yet reached their quota. These Councils will have the opportunity to allocate $10.00 per calendar to a registered charity of their choice.
    • We have now sold 4,600 calendars, with only 400 remaining.
    • We kindly ask Councils to consider taking the remaining calendars by November 15, 2025.

Please ensure that your Council, District, & Chapter are reminded that we are now only 8 weeks away from year-end.
