Dear Individuals, Organizations, Business & Corporate Sponsors

For over 80 years now, the carol festival has supported local charities with much-needed financial aid. This year, the event will take place over two evenings on Monday, Nov 24th and Tuesday, Nov 25th, from 7-9 pm at the Knox Metropolitan United Church in Regina, hosted by the Knights of Columbus Regina Chapter. We have partnered with Access Communications to air this live on Access Now TV and the Access Now App.

Approximately 20 choirs will be performing to help raise not only our community spirit and foster goodwill towards all individuals, but also assist in raising much-needed funds to help our community charities. This year we are financially supporting the Chili for Children program that provides over 1,000 lunches daily to children, Carmichael outreach that supports individuals facing poverty and homelessness, Access communications Children’s Fund that supports children and youth at risk with support programs that focus on education, literacy, health and wellness, and the Knights of Columbus Coats for Kids Program providing coats to children and youth.
We recognize that there are a lot of requests during this time of the year for your financial support, but we hope that you will consider us worthy of your financial support for these charities.

We have several levels of donation possibilities available for your consideration.

All donations of $20.00 or more will be eligible for a tax receipt.

Bronze Sponsor: You, as an individual, will have your name typecast on the TV screen both evenings during the telecast with a minimum donation of $100.00.

Silver Sponsor: You, as a charitable organization or church, will have your name typecast on the TV screen displayed repeatedly during the telecast on both nights with a minimum donation of $200.00.

Gold Sponsor: You, as a Business or Corporation, will have your business or corporate name and location typecast on the TV screen displayed repeatedly during the telecast on both nights with a minimum donation of $500.00.

For Silver, Gold or Platinum sponsorship, please advise of your intention before November 20, 2025, so that proper arrangements may be made to recognize you.

Archbishop O’Neill Council #8896 Supports Coats for Kids Program

Archbishop O’Neill Council #8896 is proud to continue its support for the Coats for Kids program, a vital initiative that helps ensure children stay warm during the winter months.

Through a group purchase organized by the Knights of Columbus Charitable Foundation, the council has provided two boxes of brand-new winter coats—12 for boys and 12 for girls. These coats were delivered to St. Catherine Community School on November 6.

Cassie Dodd, School Support Specialist for St. Catherine and St. Theresa Schools, will oversee the distribution of the coats to students in need. Not only do these coats offer high-quality protection from the cold, but they also look fantastic!

This year marks a significant milestone for the Coats for Kids program: the 1 millionth coat has been distributed since the program began in 2009. Archbishop O’Neill Council #8896 is honoured to contribute to this meaningful cause and help make a difference in the lives of children in our community.
