Alma and James Meier are retired in Swift Current, Saskatchewan.
Before their marriage in 2021, Alma & James were both engaged in farming, James near Luseland and Alma near Swift Current.
James was a long-time Financial Secretary at Luseland Council 6684 before retirement. Alma is a recent convert to our faith, and as a couple, they are active members of Christ the Redeemer Roman Catholic Parish in Swift Current.
Although they do not have any children of their own, they have decided to establish the Alma & James Meier Youth Endowment to provide funding support for youth throughout the province who wish to attend Christian Summer Camps and Catholic Youth Ministries.
Alma & James Meier Youth Endowment – We donate funds annually from the Alma & James Meier Youth Endowment to support youth in attending Summer Camps and Catholic Youth Ministries.
